Position Description:
SPEDAG TANZANIA LTD is a subsidiary of M +R SPEDAG GROUP a leading logistics provider in Switzerland with Major hubs in Europe, China, India, and Africa.
We offer International Forwarding and logistics services, project forwarding and supply chain solution, warehousing & distribution, custom clearance and consultancy.
Reports To:Head of Business Development
Job Purpose
Responsible for development of sales and continual marketing of services in the market with the aim of achieving maximum profitability, customer satisfaction and growth in line with company vision and values
Duties and Responsibilities
Continually identify, develop and follow through on leads, business opportunities Prepare relevant documentation to meet client/prospective client requirements Make presentations of company services in various formats to varying audiences
Provide specialist advice to clients and prospective clients on the ideal modes and options that would best meet their needs
Prepare periodic reports for analysis of trends, performance or others as required Key Competence
Dynamism, good business acumen, confidence, passion, brilliant communication, interpersonal skills and charisma
Qualification and Experience
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with specialty in Sales and Marketing, A certificate in customer care is an added advantage
Good Computer skills and knowledge
2 years working experience in a sales and marketing position for a large corporation Knowledge and/ or Experience in Freight Forwarding is an added advantage
